Dear diary is an experiential workshop- you'll get to explore different types of journaling to find one that fits you: your routines, your energy levels, your life circumstances.

This activity is perfect for those who:

  • started to keep a journal many times, and all gather dust now
  • own many beautiful and expensive notebooks, but none of them is used
    struggle with grasping what journaling actually means and practically implies
  • like the idea of a routine for their mental wellbeing, but struggle to keep one while also navigating life

  • want to slow down and get to know themselves better: their thought patterns, emotions and needs

Hello, my name is Laura Curta. I am a certified life coach, counsellor, and future psychologist. I am a passionate advocate for psychoeducation, with over five years of experience creating interactive workshops on various topics related to emotional wellbeing. In my free time, I do... 'basic' things: I read a lot, go to the gym, spend time with dear ones and try to relax an overly active and talkative mind :)
