The racing heart, the many 'what-ifs,' and the heavy weight of uncertainty- we all know the frantic rhythm of a worried mind. It feels like an endless storm… but while you can’t always stop the storm, you can learn to navigate the waves and use an anchor!
Listening to the worried mind is a workshop in which worries are met with curiosity, courage, and compassion. During this activity, you’ll gain insight into how to distinguish between the worries that are worth your time and those that only drain your energy, how to listen to the well-intended messages worries usually carry and how to find an island of calm amidst a worry storm.
